Boundary wall to be raised from current 2.5m (8 feet 2 inches) to 3.5m (11 feet 6 inches)- ‘to enhance our privacy from activities on site’?

Dear Neighbours,
We wanted to make you aware that the development at 3 Talfourd Road is planning to raise the southern boundary wall behind the Pelican Estate allotments across from Gannet House, clearly visible from Talfourd Road, by almost 3 ½ feet from the existing fence height…

The consultation deadline at the council has passed without us being properly informed of the impact but if you want to let your opinion be heard you can and though it is not guaranteed, chances are if we are quick enough that our feedback will feed into the planning decision.
