SAVE THE PECKHAM MULTI STOREY
The Council still wants to sell for redevelopment the Multi Storey Building which currently houses the PeckhamPlex cinema, Bold Tendencies & Frank’s Cafe. The Planning Inspector removed the building from the Peckham and Nunhead Area Action Plan (PNAAP) following community representations at the PNAAP public hearings. The demolition plan has been put off for 3-5 years but the threat is still real.

Hence our Save the Peckham Multi Storey Campaign. See: http://goo.gl/vkumVo

PECKHAM RYE STATION GATEWAY
A planning application for the new square and the Blenheim Grove corner building is expected in a few weeks. But plans are being developed for the whole of the rest of the site in private with no public discussion. See: http://goo.gl/MHetdm
