Sat 7 Sep noon-5pm Peckham Rye Fete

PECKHAM RYE FÊTE – this coming Saturday 7th Sep. This is one of the best community fairs in the neighbourhood. Not to be missed!
Peckham Vision stall will be there as usual. Just drop in from midday and see the mobile exhibition about Peckham town centre. Find out the latest about the station developments, and add your ideas to the discussions about them – http://www.peckhamvision.org/wiki/Peckham_Rye_Station – and other town centre matters.  Enjoy the day out with the children, the dogs, the fun and games, the great food and everything! So much to enjoy in a great community atmosphere.

lost kitten near Lyndhurst Grove

To people living in streets near Lyndhurst Grove.

MISSING KITTEN

Peter, much loved family pet, is missing. See attached picture.

We live in SE15, in Lyndhurst Grove, right on the Camberwell (SE5) and Peckham border.

Last seen on the night of Thursday 11 August.

Peter is a ginger kitten. He is five and a half months old and has been micro chipped.

WARWICK GARDENS, LYNDHURST WAY SE 15 5AJ
SUNDAY 19TH APRIL 2009  Time 12-4pm
 
An afternoon of barking mad fun for our four legged friends, plus an opportunity for dog owners to come together to promote responsible dog ownership. 
The many attractions will include; 
* A ten category novelty dog show- with prizes!.
* Meet the Expert with Battersea Dogs Home
* Bernie the dog photographer snapping doggie portraits to hang over the mantelpiece.
* Southwark Council offering FREE DOG CHIPPING and Flag-the-Poo activities.
* Greyhounds-in-need offering you the opportunity to adopt a pooch
* Foal Farm animal rescue centre.
* Refreshments in the form of HOT-DOGS, ice-creams tea and coffee.
 
It promises to be a fun day for all the family so please come along and join us. 
WE URGENTLY NEED VOLUNTEERS TO HELP ON THE DAY WITH THIS EVENT. If you can offer some help, however small, we’d love to hear from you. For details, please contact Andy Alty on 07949 883454.
