Great day as usual last Sunday at Goose Green Fair. The weather was cold but the rain kept away and there was lots of interest and fun and food! The five hours sped past as several of us were busy all day talking with our visitors. The PV mobile exhibition always is well attended and now there are several interesting things to buy on the stall. See photos!

Transforming Bournemouth Close with planting

From Peckham Vision Facebook: Message from Rye Lane Pocket Places: The seeds have been sown for Bournemouth Close to be transformed! Quite literally. Neighbours living close to Bournemouth Close, many of them from Atwell Estate, spent a sunny day planting seeds a couple of weeks ago. The seedlings are now bursting to life in the houses of the participants as well as in greenhouses at the Peckham Wildlife Garden on Marsden Road and at Brockwell Park Greenhouse. They’ll be ready to be planted out in the new Bournemouth Close Community Garden next weekend. Click here for all the information.

Victor’s Lab Grand Opening in the Bussey building 5 April

From Peckham Vision Facebook: Yoga, pilates & more: Sat 5 April. Victor’s Lab Grand Opening in the Bussey building. They say: “We’re having an opening this Saturday in the Bussey Building! Lots of free taster classes and give-aways. Could you give our event a share for us? https://www.facebook.com/events/607253302693402/

The Bussey building is special to Peckham Vision as it is where we were born in 2006 in the campaign to save the whole site from demolition, because it had great potential. Many sceptics opposed the idea. Now we can all see the potential being realised through the Bussey building and on the rest of the Copeland site. So we congratulate Victor’s Lab being part of that.
