Message to Bellenden Residents’ Group from the Friends of McDermott Grove Garden team.

We’re holding an Open Garden Event for local residents interested in learning more about the Garden, and any who might be interested in helping with the practical upkeep and creative use of the space in future. 
 
McDermott Grove has two entrances – one on Costa Street opposite the primary school, and the other on McDermott Road. This is a very valuable facility and an important legacy from the Bellenden Renewal Scheme that is cared for by a small group of local residents.

McDermott Grove Open Garden Day,
SATURDAY 26th MAY, 11am-1pm. 
tea and cake refreshments.

Come and meet the neighbours. Find out how we’ve been developing the Garden, and help with ideas for its future.  If you are planning to join us, please RSVP to let us know so we have an idea of numbers:
